MPM Alumnus Toh Han Li appointed new Chief Executive of CCS

On 1 October 2013, Mr Toh Han Li (MPM 2008) was appointed Chief Executive of the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS), the government agency that promotes the efficient functioning of markets through fair competition. Prior to this post, he was Assistant Chief Executive (Legal & Enforcement) at CCS where he represented the agency as its counsel in all the cases presented to the Competition Appeal Board. He previously held positions in the public sector as Justices’ Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and the Court of Appeal of Singapore, Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel.
