Hylda Damayanti has gone beyond the call of duty as an intern in UNDP Innovative Financing Lab. She supported the entire work of ImpactAim Accelerator, ranging from substantial assistance, such as business-society relations, policy work, and program development, to managerial support for our operations. In her professional manner, by demonstrating excellent logical and analytical thinking, she successfully maintained the positive ambiance within the team and the Lab. She acted with integrity and upheld the ethics and standards of the United Nations. She worked collaboratively with colleagues to seek solutions, achieve shared objectives, and develop constructive relationships.
