The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) in the National University of Singapore is seeking an experience Manager for a one-year contract to lead the end-to-end redevelopment of IPS's new corporate website. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of the project - from requirements scoping and vendor procurement through UX design, technical build, content migration, UAT, launch, and post-launch optimisation. 

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and NUS IT, and will play a key role in strengthening the Institute’s long-term digital capabilities as it transitions to standalone operations.

IPS would like to appoint a Field Executive, Field Operations, for its Social Lab department, on a yearly renewable contract. The role will be responsible for assisting the Field Manager in executing fieldwork duties for research projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of interviewers, ensuring high-quality and timely data collection via face-to-face/door-to-door and computer-assisted telephone interviews, using structured questionnaires.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the head of department
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Assist on travel booking, including flights, ground transport and accommodation;

2. Provide administrative support to the centre
- Assist centre manager in various administration, operation and finance functions to ensure smoothoperation of the centre;
- Support centre researchers and faculty associates with the administrative aspects of their research projects;
- Assist and provide logistics support for centre events such as coordinating with speakers and participants for talk and workshops;
- Organize department meetings and roundtable luncheon events;

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to work on research in the areas of demographic aging and mortality, with an active focus on Singapore and Asia. The project is part of a larger interdisciplinary research program aimed at developing a better understanding of how aging beliefs and mortality expectations may influence economic decision-making among individuals and households. The Principal Investigator of this project is Associate Professor Joelle Fong.
