Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the head of department
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Assist on travel booking, including flights, ground transport and accommodation;
- Assist on their travel and expenses claims;
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements.

2. Provide administrative support to the centre
- Assist centre manager in various administration, operation and finance functions to ensure smoothoperation of the centre;
- Support centre researchers and faculty associates with the administrative aspects of their research projects;
- Assist and provide logistics support for centre events such as coordinating with speakers and participants for talk and workshops;
- Organize department meetings and roundtable luncheon events;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as tasked.
