The Senior Fellowship in Public Service Programme (SFPS Programme) is tailored to senior-level leaders in public, private and non-profit sectors. It features a rigorous curriculum that focuses on developing leadership and governance competencies of participants, equipping them with the tools to take on challenges at a global level. Against the backdrop of Asia, the programme developed and taught by academicians and practitioners, will explore key issues of the decade and significant trends as well as critical insights into the opportunities and challenges that follow. The SFPS Programme is more than just an advanced leadership programme, it is a fellowship. Participants will be known as the Lee Kuan Yew School Senior Fellows. They will be able to network with talented leaders and high profile individuals, building priceless professional and personal connections that last a lifetime.

This programme is designed for senior leaders in government, non-profit and private organisations. Participants will likely hold positions 1- 3 levels from their organisation’s highest ranking officer.

Admissions Information

Admissions Criteria

Senior leaders in government, non-profit and private organisations
Within 3 levels from their organisation’s highest ranking officer
The programme will be conducted in English. While you are not required to take any English language exam in order to apply or be qualified for the programme, you must be able to understand and speak English at a level that allows you to fully participate in the programme.

Timeline

Application for the programme is on a rolling, space-available basis.
Early application is strongly encouraged to increase the chances of acceptance.
Applications must be accompanied by a Letter of Reference from either (1) a senior management or a board member of your organisation or (2) an authorised officer from your sponsoring organisation. Upon receipt of the application, the school will reach out to your referee for the Letter of Reference.
Applicants in later rounds may have a higher likelihood of being deferred or waitlisted.

Programme Fee

The SFPS programme fee is GST inclusive and will cost S$64,500 (with accommodation) and S$50,800 (without accommodation). It covers tuition, all course materials. Most breakfasts, lunches and some dinners are included. The fee excludes travel and visa costs for international participants.

Cancellation Policy

LKYSPP will charge the participant or the sponsoring organisation a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the programme fee. The Participant or the sponsoring organisation will be charged 100% of the programme fee once the programme commences. LKYSPP reserves the right to postpone or cancel the programme by giving at least 14 days’ notice. All cancellations of participation, including substitutions/ transfers/postponement, must be confirmed in writing (via email).
