Research findings will be packaged for public consumption through corporate and media channels, and social media. Job Summary:

IPS is looking to appoint an Executive (Finance) on a two-year contract basis. The role will be responsible for providing support in finance and budget-related matters and general administrative support. This includes managing research budgets and financial accounts-related matters; processing expenses, travel claims and suppliers’ invoices; handling procurement processes; and providing support in project audit certifications. 
This job will require experience in tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. Knowledge of NUS Sesami and/or SAP systems will be an advantage.

The Interviewer will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews and surveys in a door-to-door setting, for fieldwork projects by IPS. The candidate should be tactful and able to exercise good judgement in engaging potential interviewees, as well as open to learning and using new technology. Training will be provided. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment.
