Job Summary:

The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) is a policy research think-tank in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

The Business Solutions Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the Institute's IT requirements, and drive the seamless integration of technology solutions into the Institute's operations. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities; setting objectives; implementing policies; and managing budgets, schedules, projects, websites; as well as ensuring the smooth adoption and integration of technology across various units and stakeholders.

The Institute analyses public policy; builds bridges between thought leaders; communicates its findings to a wide audience; and provides a platform for mature, open, and incisive discussion on Singapore’s challenges, options, and direction.

IPS is looking to appoint an Executive (Development). The Executive will work closely with the IPS Development and Donor Engagement teams to manage donor-related matters and support fundraising efforts.

IPS is looking to hire an Executive for its Donor Engagement team. The main responsibilities of the Executive are to assist with donor relations, event management and coordination, and administrative work.

The candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, with a strong command of written and spoken English. He/She should be methodical, organised and a good team player. Candidates without experience who have a keen interest in events management, donor relations and fundraising are welcome to apply.
