As part of the Institute of Policy Studies’ project,
Reimagining Singapore 2030, where we discuss how we can achieve happiness, prosperity and progress for our nation in 2030 and beyond, we are presenting this series of three online forums with Singaporean changemakers.
The final of three forums focuses on changemaking in the corporate world of Singapore — from promoting inclusive employment to eradicate discrimination of all forms and to empower workers, to sustainable employment to support the development of long-term career pathways and the flourishing of all human talent. Advocates for gender and racial diversity, the inclusion of people with special needs, the introduction of flexible work arrangements and other progressive human resource practices will be asked how they overcame barriers to translating their ideas and convictions into reality.
