Transforming the Non-Profit Sector
Series Synopsis
Transforming the Non-Profit Sector is a three-year partnership between IPS and Tote Board on improving the capabilities of non-profit organisations. The flagship activity will be an annual conference that aims to uplift the capability and capacity of the non-profit sector as well as support public-private-people partnerships in Singapore. There will be a series of facilitated conversations supported by ongoing participant polling to help sustain a dialogue amongst non-profit leaders. Curated learning journeys will then facilitate peer-to-peer learning, followed by overseas study trips to appreciate innovations or best practices as a lead-up to the annual conference. The conference itself will be an annual focal event to gather non-profit leaders to develop demonstrative projects and share organisational transformations. Based on collective inputs from these series of engagements, IPS will produce policy papers making recommendations on improving non-profit sector capabilities.
