Tay Peck Geok Julie is part of the Operations Team at IPS where she is a Field Supervisor in the Fieldwork Department. She is responsible for fieldwork supervision and management of interviewers.
She has worked as a freelance fieldwork interviewer for 6 years and conducted interviews for a wide range of survey projects including NPHS.
Prior to joining IPS, Julie worked in the Construction and Food & Beverage industries.
In the Construction Company, she managed the sales and inventory of building materials, staff recruitment and training, and development and implementation of performance standards and workflow processes.
In her 18 years in the food and beverage industry, Julie coordinated daily restaurant management operations, handled the recruitment and training of staff, managed inventory etc.
