Serene Tan May Ling is part of the Operations Team at IPS where she is a Data Management Specialist in the Quality Control Department. She is responsible for data checking and cleaning as well as conducting quality control checks.
Prior to joining IPS, Serene has an extensive work experience in market research for more than 20 years. She has handled project setup, checking and cleaning of datasets, charting, tabulating and reporting of survey results, client management, and staff training and supervision to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project deliverables.
She had managed a team of staff to support service audit projects at Changi Airport for 7 years. Her responsibilities included execution and delivery of survey reports and scheduling and training of manpower on data quality control procedures.
