Matthew is part of the operations team at IPS where he is a Project Executive. Heavily involved in Project NPHS, Matthew has actively contributed to the success of the project by collaborating closely with the fieldwork team to meet project milestones and objectives.
Prior to IPS, Matthew was a student in NUS where he has taken several research and survey methodology modules. Through these modules, he has developed a solid theoretical foundation in survey process.
Furthermore, Matthew’s experience liaising with the Ministry of Manpower has provided him with valuable insights into the survey process from the perspective of the interviewer.
