Masliana Noorazman is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Social Lab. Her research interests span in social cohesion, diversity and inclusion, and emerging issues at the intersection of technology and society. Beyond research, Masliana has been actively involved in community initiatives promoting greater understanding between Singaporeans and migrant communities. Her work in this space has been featured in national media, reflecting her broader commitment to fostering inclusive, cohesive and resilient communities in Singapore.
Research Interests
Migrant–local integration, social justice and inclusion, labour rights, lower-income communities, intersections of culture, gender, disability and age, inclusive communication, digital governance, misinformation and security.
