Lua Chin Poh Kelvin is part of the Operations Team at IPS where he is a Senior Field Supervisor in the Fieldwork Department. He is responsible for fieldwork supervision and management and training of interviewers.
He has more than 5 years of experience in managing the fieldwork of research projects, and training and managing interviewers.
Prior to joining IPS, Kelvin worked in a commercial research agency for 3 years. He oversaw the management of data collection, managed interviewers, reviewed production reports, conducted performance evaluation with interviewers, and served as the trainer during interviewer trainings. In particular, he supervised an international year-long study, the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (PIAAC).
