Ezzafatin Aslam is a Research Assistant at IPS Social Lab. She holds an honours degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
Ezzafatin is part of the research team developing the IPS Race and Religion Intergroup Cohesion (RRIC) programme. Her current work at IPS also includes assisting projects on socio-economic inequality and race relations.
Prior to joining IPS, Ezzafatin worked in a variety of creative sectors, including communications, new media and theatre.

Social inequalities, race and ethnic relations, Islamic and Malay affairs, social dimensions of gender and sexuality, comparative sociology of beauty, sociology of time
