Ang Shu Yee is part of the Operations Team at IPS where she is a Quality Control Specialist in the Quality Control Department. She is responsible for conducting quality checks for research projects.
She has about 2 years of experience in performing audio and onsite validation, conducting quality checks on survey documentation and data, generating the audio and phone validation listings, assigning part-timers to conduct audio and phone validation, preparing performance reports and conducting performance evaluation with interviewers.
Prior to joining IPS, Shu Yee was a tax executive. Her role included preparing income tax computations, verifying tax assessments, and liaising with IRAS.
