Jessica is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Policy Studies, Public Affairs, where she supports the S R Nathan Fellowship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Global Studies from the National University of Singapore, with a research focus on international relations and affairs, as well as the arts and their audiences.
