Timothy is a Research Assistant at the Institute of Policy Studies, Policy Lab. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Social Work from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining IPS, he worked as a social worker delivering diversionary programmes for youths.

Community building, social innovation, programme design, and evaluation.
