Tessa Sam is Assistant Manager in the Development team at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS). She has experience organising major fundraising events and delivering programmes that strengthen stakeholder engagement. She holds a BA in History from the National University of Singapore and an MA in Transcultural Studies from the University of Heidelberg.
