Emmanuel Paul Ng is Associate Director and leads the Development team at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS).
He has extensive experience leading fundraising teams, developing strategic partnerships and driving philanthropic engagement across the education and arts sectors. He holds a BA in Political Science and an MSc in International Relations.
The IPS Development team advances fundraising efforts and philanthropic partnerships, enabling the institute to analyse public policy, build bridges between thought leaders and communicate findings to a wide audience.
