Leng Jen is a Manager in the Development team at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS).
She has a strong background in events and project management and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of London.
The IPS Development team advances fundraising efforts and philanthropic partnerships, enabling the institute to analyse public policy, build bridges between thought leaders and communicate findings to a wide audience.
Through the IPS Corporate Associates (CA) Programme, we strengthen bonds between the business community and IPS, delivering an exclusive line-up of events for business leaders to engage with policymakers and experts. Major fundraising campaigns support research initiatives and large-scale conferences, including the institute’s annual flagship conference, Singapore Perspectives.
