On September 24, a delegation from the National Institute for Economics and Finance (NIEF), Ministry of Finance, Vietnam, visited ACI for an academic dialogue. ACI researchers presented our Overall and Digital Competitiveness Frameworks. Both sides exchanged views on Singapore's development experience and its implications for Vietnam.
