This talk will discuss the ever-growing role of financial centers in the development of an integrated market for the Belt & Road Initiative. It will lay out challenges and opportunities, as well as highlight the importance of global cities as hubs for the BRI. The speaker will also share his personal experience in setting up new institutions and developing financial center in Astana—rising pivot for the New Economic Silk Way.
