Singapore Perspectives 2009 "The Heart of The Matter"

Singapore Perspectives is the flagship conference of the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS). The theme for Singapore Perspectives 2009 is "The Heart of The Matter".

The primary focus of the conference will be on four major questions that Singapore needs to address in the medium to longer term.
