Reframing the World

Through old frames, we cannot fully envision new realities. We make mistakes of great consequence. We miss opportunities for a better future. Meanwhile, the world keeps changing. And yet, in many important ways, it remains the same. What is involved in reframing such a world? Parag Khanna, Astrid Tuminez, and Danny Quah offer provocative suggestions.
