Forum on the Presidential Election

The objectives of the Forum are first, to discuss the results of the IPS Survey on the Presidential Election (2011); second, to assess the campaigns of the candidates and the outcome of the race; and, third, to discuss the issues that arose during the campaign, especially with regard to the powers of the Elected Presidency, and its relationship with the Government and Parliament. We would welcome your views on all of these areas.
