The Access to Clean Cooking Energy and Electricity - Survey of States (ACCESS) is India's largest multi-dimensional survey on energy access, conducted across six major energy-deprived states in India.
The 2018 study revisits households from the first round of the study in 2015 to understand any changes in their energy access situation and impact of government policies during this period. Co-funded by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and co-led by Assistant Professor Namrata Chindarkar, this study span more than 9,000 households from 756 villages.
