The 2023 Five University Conference was hosted by Korea University on December 15-16, with the theme "Grand Transformation and New Principles of International Relations".
The delegation from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy comprised:

The event saw representation from Korea University, National University of Singapore (Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy), Princeton University, Peking University, and The University of Tokyo.
The LKYSPP delegation presented their views on global security; SE Asia's understanding of China-envisioned order; ASEAN's take on principles for international order; the impact of US-China rivalry on the Korean peninsula; facts and principles for a new Global Economic Order; India's foreign policy responses to China, and the formation of Vietnam Grand Strategy.
