Phuong Nguyen is a Research Fellow at the Asia Competitiveness Institute, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. She earned her PhD in Economics from Singapore Management University and her Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Loyola Marymount University (USA).
Phuong is passionate about policy and quantitative research focusing on international trade (global value chains, input-output analysis) and sustainability (climate finance, impact measurement). She is also an adjunct lecturer at Singapore Management University, ESSEC Business School, and a reviewer for the Review of World Economics.
