Parag Dass is a Research Analyst at the Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI), Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He completed the MSc International Political Economy (IPE) from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University. He holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Amsterdam University College, the Liberal Arts and Sciences programme of the Universiteit van Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit. At ACI, Parag works on the energy transitions policy in Asian countries, competitiveness analysis of subnational economies in India, and other associated projects. His research interests span the political economy of state-led development, industrial policy and supply chain integration, and resource governance.
