What are the critical priorities for the Singapore government today? And what are its medium- to long-term strategic plans, in particular for the economy, businesses and technology sectors?
Established in July 2015, the Strategy Group is the strategic policy unit in the Prime Minister’s Office tasked to identify whole-of-government priorities early and effectively translate them into policy plans. The unit supports the Prime Minister and his Cabinet by strengthening the coordination and planning across ministries and agencies to address issues that cut across multiple domains. The unit is also responsible for strategic resource allocation and takes the lead in incubating new programmes, functions and capabilities.
