On October 4, 2023, the Centre on Asia and Globalisation hosted a Roundtable on Rising Trade Protectionism, moderated by Dr. Denis Hew, a senior research fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. The speaker was Dr. Julia Tijaja, the former director at the ASEAN Secretariat (2015-2021), on the topic of “Indonesia’s 2023 Chairmanship and the vision of ASEAN as an epicentrum of growth: Reflections and lessons learned”.
