"How Will the Banking Industry in Singapore Evolve in the next Ten Years?" Workshop

There is an increasing push for innovation in how bank services are designed and delivered, as the breadth and depth of regulation continues to expand and the wave of digital disruption takes shape. The purpose of this workshop is to understand how to approach individual skills training and organisational capabilities development for the future of the banking industry in the next 10 years.

During this workshop, we will share fresh insights from our creative data analytics based on thousands of job advertisements, university curricula, and professional training programmes. You will also have a direct opportunity to hear the views of other subject matter experts on the future trends of banking and finance.

In short, we will systematically gather and converge your expert opinions using the Delphi Method — structuring and facilitating your group communication through an iterative process of targeted questioning and controlled feedback, so that we can achieve group consensus and judgment accuracy in our forecasting.

We highly value your expertise to contribute to a productive workshop, and look forward to your positive response.
