Empowering Women in Healthcare Leadership: Driving Change and Innovation

Healthcare plays a critical role in society, and leadership within this field is crucial for driving change and innovation. Despite progress, there is still a significant underrepresentation of women in key leadership positions within healthcare organisations.

Aiming to foster a community of more strong and influential female leaders who can make a significant impact on the healthcare industry, this panel discussion underscores the power of women in transforming and advancing healthcare, highlights the need for increased representation and influence of women in leadership positions within the industry, showcases how women leaders bring unique perspectives that drive creativity and innovation, and discusses the key challenges and biases faced by women and how to overcome them.
