Dr Gillian Koh, lead researcher in the politics and governance cluster at the Institute is a close observer of Singapore’s politics. In this closed-door breakfast meeting, she will share her insights on the evolving political landscape that lies before Singapore as the country gears up for the next general election. The presentation will discuss the impact of the new electoral and media laws under which they will be held, the issues that might move the voters and provide an overview of the parties and politicians to watch. It will help to kick-off a discussion with the audience on how the different parties may choose to approach the electoral battle ahead of them.
