The highlight of the Festival of Ideas will be a Closing Dialogue session with Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry, Dr Tan See Leng. This 60-minute session will explore the topic of the “Future of Singapore” in which Minister Tan will share ideas with participants on how Singapore is changing our game from a manpower perspective and the future of work in Singapore.
