Advances in Health Economics and Public Policy

The recent pandemic has taught us that good health—mental and physical—is fundamental to individual well-being, and strong public health provides the foundation for stable and cohesive societies. The experience has also highlighted the extreme challenges that policy makers face, and the need for more effective communications between researchers, policy makers, and the public. In this panel, we address some of the most pressing topics in the field of health economics. How do public policies impact the mental well-being of the public? How can we improve the delivery of health care services, especially in developing countries? What are the most effective means to implement public health policies? We invite you to our panel to have engaging discussions on these important questions of global public health.
