CAG Student Essay Competition - China-India Brief

The CAG Student Essay Competition is an initiative by the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) aimed at providing LKYSPP Master students the opportunity to explore a wider range of challenging questions beyond the school curriculum. It offers students the chance to showcase their knowledge and writing skills to a wider audience.
Eligibility
- Open to all current students of LKYSPP’s Master in Public Policy, Master in International Affairs, Master in Public Administration and Doctor of Philosophy programmes. Students in Double Degree programmes and exchange programmes are also eligible.
Theme
- Essays must discuss any topical issue related to China-India international relations.
- Participants may refer to past issues of China-India Brief for guidance.
Submission Guidelines
Must be an original work, written in a clear, succinct, and non-technical style

Word limit of 1,200 words Only single-authored essays will be accepted

Important Dates
- Submission deadline: 30 April 2025
- Winner to be announced by: 17 May 2025
- Essay to be published in China-India Brief May 2025 issue
