Scarlet (Xu Ni) is a Research Assistant at the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore. She graduated from LKYSPP with a Master’s degree in International Affairs, specialising in Politics, International Relations and Law. Her research interests span geopolitics of technology, regional economic integration, international relations of the Asia Pacific, and great power rivalry.
