Scarlet (Xu Ni) is a Research Assistant at the Centre on Asia and Globalisation (CAG) at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore. She graduated from LKYSPP with a Master’s degree in International Affairs, specialising in Politics, International Relations and Law. Her research interests span geopolitics of technology, economic security, and great power rivalry.
