Ms Tang Hwee Noy is Assistant Senior Manager at the IPS Social Lab.

She is responsible for the quality control of data collection in survey-based research administered by IPS.

Prior to joining IPS, Hwee Noy worked in the private market research industry for more than 12 years. Her extensive background in data quality control has enabled her to perform successfully in the completion of numerous large-scale projects involving database management of different requirements.

A disciplinarian in nature, she sets high standards in maintaining data integrity and high quality assurance.
