Mr Low Han-tzen is Deputy Director at the Institute of Policy Studies. Prior to joining IPS, Mr Low worked in the private sector. He has over 15 years of experience in general management and business development across industries such as building management, telecommunications, retail, F&B and entertainment, both in Singapore and abroad.
