Liang Kaixin is Associate Director at the Institute of Policy Studies, managing the Public Communications team.
She is responsible for publicity and media engagement for IPS activities and research, the production of print and digital communication materials, and also social media engagement policies and practices.
She also oversees the administration of the annual S R Nathan Fellowship for the Study of Singapore and the IPS-Nathan Lectures.
Prior to joining IPS, Kaixin was a broadcast journalist and digital news editor, and has had communications experience in a private healthcare group.
