CHOO Yen Ping is Associate Director (Finance) at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), where she is responsible for all finance-related matters for IPS.

Prior to joining IPS, she had worked for several years in various industries as an accountant.

Yen Ping holds a certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has been a non-practising member with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore since May 2008.
