Wong Yee Lok is a Research Associate at the Social Inclusion Project, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. She received her Master in Public Policy from LKYSPP and won the WyWy Gold Medal for Best Student in Public Policy with Best Policy Analysis Exercise. She is interested in the study of social and economic policies to protect people from economic risks and insecurities of life. Before joining LKYSPP, Yee Lok worked in a sports charity in Hong Kong to facilitate equal access to sports for youths – regardless of their economic background, gender, ethnicity and religion. She holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong. She is also an independent commentator for Hong Kong newspapers, with a main focus on social policies in Hong Kong and Singapore.
