Anubhav Gupta is Assistant Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS. Anubhav holds a Ph.D. in public administration from New York University's Wagner School, and an MPA from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at SUNY Albany. His primary research area is public financial management. He is particularly interested in governance issues and accounting bias in nonprofit organizations.

Anubhav's research has appeared in leading journals like Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly (NVSQ), Administration & Society, and Journal of Nonprofit & Governmental Accounting (JOGNA).
