About 26% of the total electors in GE2011 were people born in 1975 and younger. This would seem to be a significant demographic group. This IPS forum asks representatives of the key parties that contested in GE2011 how they view the political significance of these post-75ers. How are they different from the other groups of voters in terms of the level of their political awareness, the issues that matter to them, the forms of political engagement they prefer, and the type of language and ideas they communicate in? How do they contribute to political development in Singapore and the future of the country?
