Sustainable Development Goals – Do they still stand in times of Covid-19?

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the latest global attempt to improve quality of life of billions of people globally by 2030. There are 17 SDGs on poverty alleviation, health and well-being, clean water and sanitation, improved education, gender equality, etc. COVID-19 will unquestionably delay achievement of these goals by many years impacting the lives of billions of people in both developed and developing countries.

This webinar will discuss the progress made on the SDGs on clean water and sanitation (essential during the present pandemic) and how Covid-19 is impacting, and is likely to further impact, their implementation.
