On 18 February 2017, LKY School Philippines Alumni Chapter launched its inaugural Brown Bag Session followed by an Alumni Networking Night.
The first Brown Bag Session featured Dr Zeger van der Wal, Assistant Dean (Research) and Associate Professor at LKY School. In his talk, Dr van der Wal shared the results of his study on comparing Asian MBA students with MPP and MPA students and discussed what these outcomes meant for the prospects of increased public-private sector collaboration in bringing the Asian century to full fruition. Dr van der Wal also talked about the skills necessary for 21st century public leaders and managers.
After the talk, Lyndon Daz, President of Philippines Alumni Chapter, shared with other alumni on the Chapter’s plan for the year and encouraged the alumni to be involved in the Chapter’s activities.
