In celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, on 9 February 2021, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Alumni Singapore Chapter Mandarin Sub-group, together with the current class committee of MPAM, organised a seminar on “Developing a Sustainable Healthcare System - The Singapore Experience”.
Dr Lim Chun Leng, Michael, an internationally renowned interventional cardiologist as well as former Member of Parliament, Singapore, shared his knowledge and insight of Singapore’s healthcare system.
Dr Chung Tang Fong, William, Vice President of LKYSPP Alumni Singapore Chapter who leads the Mandarin Sub-group, moderated the seminar.
Due to the venue’s limited capacity during Covid-19 period, the seminar was also live broadcast via Zoom to allow our alumni both in Singapore and overseas to participate simultaneously. Everyone was actively engaged by Dr Lim’s speech and many questions were raised during the Q&A.
