Research Assistants (Part-Time)

1. The Asia Competitiveness Institute is looking for part-time researchers to assist in projects on urban development studies.
2. The part-time researchers will have the opportunity to acquire critical research skills and domain knowledge, as well as benefit from intellectual exchange and networking with practitioners and senior scholars working at the cutting-edge of these topics.

4. Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Conducting literature reviews
2. Cleaning and managing structured and/or unstructured data.
3. Analysing cleaned data and communicating results clearly through visuals and writing
4. Assisting with ad-hoc duties arising from the project

1. Competency in basic statistical analyses
2. Creative problem solving
3. Excellent written and spoken English.
4. Team player and keen to learn.

1. Proposed engagement period: from May onwards
