Jean Chia is a Research Fellow, Head of Programme with the Case Study Unit at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. She has more than a decade of working experience in various capacities in Singapore’s public sector. She has written public policy case studies on topics ranging from the urban sector and transport to the economy and social development, and has conducted training for local and overseas public sector officers. Jean has a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore.
