Jungyeon Park is an assistant professor in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. Jungyeon earned her Ph.D. degree from the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University of Georgia in 2022. Prior to joining NUS, she was an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice at the University of South Alabama.
As a public administration scholar, Jungyeon's broad research interests are public management and organizational theory and behavior. Her current research activities investigate negative performance management and the organizational-level challenges confronting U.S. federal agencies' diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
Jungyeon's work appears in peer-reviewed public administration journals including the International Public Management Journal, Public Administration Review, and Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory.
